"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose."
Well hello again my little lovelies!! I guess you want to learn a little bit more about me here. Well like I said on the home page my name is Sarah Maigur (say it like this... my- gore). God has given me this wonderful gift and it is my honor to share it with you.
Fun facts about me....let's see. I first of all don't think I am that interesting but we can try ;)!!
-I am blessed to be the mama to my sweet son, Titus.
-I never knew I wanted to be a mom, until my husband and I walked through infertility for 18 months
-My favorite color (at least right now....it changes a lot) is navy blue.
-I live on coffee and prayers. Without my morning coffee and my time with the Lord this girl couldn't make it through the day
-You can find me most days in my yoga pants and all of my hair on top of my head.
-Fixer Upper and anything on the Food Network are my jam! I am always dreaming up new plans for the house as well as fun meals to cook.
Photographing couples on their wedding days or during the time they are engaged really gets me going. I love capturing love. Call me a softy but it's true. Photographing a high school senior before they begin the next chapter in life makes my heart smile. I love being a part of your big or next phase of life. I live for capturing memories and moments that will last a lifetime, photos and albums that your children, grandchildren and great grandchildren will cherish forever.
My husband and I met through our church. How else can a girl from suburban Ohio meet a man of India expect through the work of the Holy Spirit. The Lord did the best job when he picked Andrew for me. He completes me and pushes me to be a better person, a better photographer, a better friend and a better Jesus follower. Depending on his work schedule...you get him to be your wedding photographer too.
After 18 months of walking through infertility, the Lord answered our prayers. We were blessed with our sweet son, Titus Benjamin at the end of June 2019. He is the apple of our eye, source of our joy but also takes most of our time. If it takes me a little longer than you think to respond to emails and texts, you now know the reason.
If I had to live anywhere besides Ohio it would totally be anywhere near the beach. Long walks on the beach are more then just a cliche to me. They really are quite magical.
Days spent with my toes in the sand, book in my hand and lots of sunscreen are the best days.
We are always up for traveling somewhere warm and sunny.
Meet the fourth member of the Maigur family. August or as I like to call her Augie Doggie (or Monkey or Goofy, or sister, or you name it!). She really is the best dog in the world and the world's best big sister to her brother Titus.
From patience, to snuggles, to going for walks, she truly is the best dog.
She might not get as much attention as she used to, but she takes it in her stride!
There is just something about having fresh cut flower or at least fresh flowers around the house. They made the house feel like home. So flowers are almost ALWAYS in our house. Plus when I can cut them out of the garden, it makes me smile!!
But first, COFFEE!!!
I mean seriously how do people live without coffee. Iced lattes anytime it's warm are my favorite. But I'm not super picky, I'll drink whatever coffee I can get my hands on.
To the woman who didn't think she wanted to be a mama, enjoying whatever snuggles I can get just recharges my tank. He doesn't like tons of snuggles but I'll sneak them in whenever I can.
